He has been directly involved in over $250 Million of transactions and managed multifamily and commercial assets across the United States valued over $500 Million. Kit brings over a decade of experience with distinguished firms such as OliverBuchananGroup, Lifestyle Communities, Forum Investment Group, and J.P. Morgan Chase. Kit received a Bachelor of Science from Washington and Lee University with a major in Business Administration. On a personal note, Kit is an avid skier and subpar mandolin player. He enjoys spending time with his fiancée along with their dog and cat (who most certainly does not like him). Kit is continuously on the hunt for the best breakfast spot in Denver.
