TJ Johnson

TJ Johnson serves as a Senior Vice President at E2M Ventures responsible for cultivating joint-venture equity relationships to capitalize E2MV's acquisition and development pipelines. Mr. Johnson was previously a Vice President of Equity Placement Matthews REIS(formerly Cadence Capital Partners) where his Denver-based team focused exclusively on sourcing joint-venture equity for Sponsors and Developers of Multifamily, Office and Mixed-Use projects. His team was responsible for over $250 Million in LP and Co-GP equity formations from 2018 until 2022. Prior to Cadence Capital Partners, Mr. Johnson served as Director at Cushman & Wakefield from 2007 to 2018 working with land investors, developers and homebuilders as part of the top Land Brokerage team in the Denver MSA. Mr. Johnson received a Bachelor of Arts from Denison University and enjoys squash, skiing, golf and training for the occasional Ironman competition.
